Beach side of house has deck plus a raised viewing deck to view the waves. Deck also has BBQ & table setting. Inside living is all on one level. Tiled kitchen & combined living / dining area. 1 bathroom in house and another shower & toilet in the detached teenage retreat and laundry.

Fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher. Main & 2nd bedroom with queen bed. 3rd bedroom has 1 set of bunks, 1 single & 1 trundle bed. Linen not supplied. Bathroom has shower only.

This is the perfect beach house. It has 3 bedrooms and is right bang smack on the beach! The front deck facing the ocean has a raised section to check the waves before strolling a mere 50 Metres to the waters edge. You cant get much closer than that! The home sleeps 8 in 2 queen, 1 set of bunks, 1 single & 1 trundle. There is 1 bathroom in the house and a 2nd shower and toilet in the detached laundry. A BBQ is provided on the beach side deck, along with all day ocean breezes. Situated in a quiet location there is a childrens swing, beach showers, and one of the safest parts of the beach right at your front door. A few blocks away is the main village of Lennox Head with great coffee spots, shops, restaurants, clubs, and much more within an easy stroll of home. If you love the sand between your toes, the sound of waves rolling onto the shore, the gorgeous smell of the salt air, this property is definitely for you. Linen is not supplied.
